Who Can Enter

 

The Built Blind/2 Wheel House Giveaway is open only to those people who participate and who are 18 years of age on the date of entry. The Giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees or contractors of any of the individual giveaway prize sponsors, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

You Agree to the Rules

 

By participating, you agree to be bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Built Blind as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Giveaway Duration

​

The Giveaway for (1) grand prize 2004 RM 125 begins on 4/15/2023 at 12:00:00 AM and ends on 09/02/2023. Winners will be selected during the month following the start of each separate micro-giveaway and will be posted on one or all the Built Blind/2 Wheel House social media platforms. Built Blind will close the giveaway once completed. All entries will be eligible to receive one (1) grand prize: A 2004 RM 125 Two Stroke Dirtbike.

 

Your Entry

 

Your entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified throughout these Rules, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules, steps, or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Built Blind. You may not enter by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Built Blind. Mail-in Entry: To obtain an entry without making a purchase, potentially redeeming either: (1) grand prize RM 125 Build throughout the giveaway’s set timeline: Legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state, or province, zip, or postal code, country, telephone number, complete email address on a standard 4” x 6” postcard, with no outer envelope, and mail to: Built Blind, 2228 W Lindsey Ferry RD Columbus MS 39701 (“Mail-in Entry”). Mail-in Entry requests for the grand prize (RM 125) must be received by midnight (Pacific Standard Time) on April 1st, 2022. All Mail-in Entries must be legibly handwritten (including addressing), mailed separately with no outer envelope, and have sufficient postage. Promotion Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, stolen, illegible, inaccurate, damaged, incomplete, non-delivered, or postage-due mail; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications, or Internet connections; or other errors, failures, or malfunctions of any kind. You will receive fifty (50) entries per mail-in entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, not received, or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion's prize drawing. Entries made in any other manner not specifically allowed under these Official Rules will not be entered into the Promotion and may result in disqualification of the responsible entrant. You are not a winner until your prize claim is validated and you receive official written notification from the Sponsor or the Promotion Administrator. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be declared made by the person in whose name the entry was made.

 

Specific Conditions

 

Any incomplete or illegible entries will not be processed. The use of automatic, robotic, macro, and/or pre-programmed entries is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different social media accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods may void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Built Blind is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry application, the authorized account holder of the social media account and/or email address, if applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. Except in the case of gift entries, all entries must be made in the name of the individual and no transfer of ownership of a ticket is permitted. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of, corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other entities. 

 

Prize(s)

 

Winners will receive the prize(s) either via their preferred email account (if online transactional giveaway) through mail delivery carrier at the discretion of Built Blind, or by freight methods selected by Built Blind which are specific to the grand prize RM 125 Build. Actual / appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Built Blind. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Built Blind’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes or shipping/ freight fees shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping/freight fees associated with winners outside of the contiguous 48 states will be responsible for all shipping/freight-related expenses. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Built Blind to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odds

 

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Giveaway.  Bonus entries are permitted for select Giveaways and must be completed by the end of the Giveaway date.

 

Selection of Winner

 

Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Built Blind. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form and/or via email to the email address they entered the Giveaway with within five days following the winner selection Built Blind shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT Built Blind’s SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

 

Rights Granted by You

 

By entering this contest you understand that Built Blind, anyone acting on behalf of Built Blind, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation. 

 

Specific Terms of Giveaway

 

Built Blind reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, Built Blind may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Built Blind. Built Blind reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Built Blind has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Giveaway rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Built Blind reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. By entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from Built Blind. Limitation of Liability

 

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Built Blind and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his / her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. 

 

Disputes

 

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney fees, other than participants' actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
